For all of us who participate in any competitive sport, representing our nations doing what we love to do is the zenith of all ambitions. In the debate world, there is only a limited window of opportunity for us to represent our nations, and that is during our school careers. It was a dream that all of us cherished deep in our hearts, to be the best of the best in our country and carry the flag to a global stage. 

For most of us, it is a dream that never materialized. For those who were lucky enough to be amongst the select few who got to represent our nations, it's a precious memory that we earnestly wish we could relive just one more time.

African Nations Debate League 2022 gives great debaters an opportunity to team up with a compatriot and represent their nations regardless of current or past institutional affiliations.
