The Royalty Pact Debating Academy has provided an opportunity for all academy speakers to under go online training and online debate tournaments with all costs covered by the academy. This is a great way for students to continue enhancing their debate skills to advance into the national debate team. However, 40% of the Academy members have failed to attend majority of these online tournaments & Saturday Training which has impacted their performance and development in general.

Some examples include "sad girl music", "hot girl walks", "lazy girl jobs" (low-effort jobs with good pay), "girl dinner" (creating an unconventional meal from snacks and leftovers), and "girl math" (logically justifying non-essential purchases).
